With its large serrated leaves, it has no equal when it comes to evoking the jungle and that is understandable since it is native to the tropical forests of South America. It can be a bit invasive, especially if you spray it regularly, which accentuates its development. It is also imperative to put a tutor to support the weight of its leaves.

She appreciates bright atmospheres, but without direct contact with the sun’s rays. The leaves may indeed turn brownish. It requires about one watering per week, the best is to monitor the condition of the leaves. If you give it too much water, you will see it, because its leaves change color and become yellow.

It is par excellence the plant suitable for all those who do not want special maintenance. You only have to water it when the soil is completely dry. In summer, it is most often once a week. The only thing this plant can’t stand is excess water. With the addition of a little light, it will develop quickly and without problem.

It is therefore very easy to grow and store and it can even be useful for healing a wound or treating your skin thanks to the gel contained in the leaves. An ideal plant for those who are not great gardeners.

Cacti are probably the easiest plants to maintain. You can water them every two months in winter, but the best is to opt for a small bath while letting the soil soak up the water. In summer, on the other hand, it is better to give it a bath once a month.

It has a little feminine allure and an attractive graphic aspect which harmonizes perfectly with our contemporary interiors. It is easy to store, it requires little watering, it is easy to cut and… the icing on the cake: it purifies the air!

It is perfect in our decoration because of its vertical and graphic line. Mother-in-law’s tongue, as it is often nicknamed, is a plant that above all requires light. However, this should not be direct. You will water it only once a week and repot it once every two or three years.
