How to limit soil salinization in a greenhouse?
In a greenhouse the atmosphere is confined and you use fertilizers. As a result, the salinity of the soil is higher than it would be outdoors where it rains. So that the salt level does not increase in too large proportions, it is necessary to water in an efficient way. By performing water rinses like the rain does outside, you limit the increase in salt in the soil.
Excessive salinity disrupts the development of plants and roots. If salt is essential, it should be present in sufficient quantity, but not in excess.
