The beautiful season is in full swing and you are having trouble arranging your exterior? Don’t panic, we have a list of the different spaces to create in your garden for a perfect summer!

A modular dining area

Ideally on your terrace, the first space to be set up in your garden is a dining area to receive family and friends. Consider playing on modular furniture, such as an extendable table so that you can entertain many friends at the table, while saving space when there are fewer of you. Extendable table, stackable stools, trolley for arranging dishes… This space must breathe conviviality! Also remember to hang garlands in the guinguette style and a shade cloth so as not to eat in direct sunlight …

A relaxation area in the shade

Watch the exposure of the different parts of your garden and choose an area that is in the shade between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. if possible. Install deckchairs, a hammock, or a mattress on a canopy support for a relaxing summer atmosphere that invites you to take a nap and calm. You can even add decorative accessories, such as a pretty outdoor rug, a basket to slip in a blanket and a good book or even a wireless Bluetooth speaker … If this place lets the rays of the late afternoon sun shine through. , it will also be perfect for an aperitif with friends.

A playground for children

As in the house, in the garden, children need a space of their own. That way, they won’t be playing ball in the middle of your nap, and you won’t suffer from their unsightly plastic toys lying around. Playground, swing, slide or football cages, involve them in choosing their favorite games and set up a corner worthy of an amusement park for them!

A friendly corner around the fire

For cool evenings in mid-season, it is not more convivial than a brazier. Yes, but here it is, the brazier does not land anywhere … Find an open space in the middle of the garden and draw a circle 2 or 3 meters in diameter on the ground. Dig a hole in the center and turn the soil over to the rest of the surface. Stack bricks to form your brazier, you can slide a cast iron bowl into it, and cover the rest of the circle with nice gravel. A few armchairs around, in the gravel, lanterns on the ground and 2 or 3 plaids… And presto, you are ready to receive your friends around the fire for a grilled marshmallow evening!

A field of wild flowers

If you have a large lot, maintaining it can sometimes be tedious … Why not let part of your garden live naturally. Often the bottom of the garden is the part we use the least, plant field flowers there to sow and let nature do its work! Small bonus: you will have enough to compose pretty bouquets of wild flowers and your children will be happy to frolic in the tall grass.
